About this program

Live on the campus of a world-class British university. This residential programme at the University of Sussex offers young learners aged 12–17 single-room accommodation with full board on a stunning campus surrounded by the South Downs National Park. Fifteen hours of English tuition per week take place at Worthing College, the CES junior summer school campus, reached by a daily shuttle bus from the residence. Afternoons are filled with supervised activities — from sports tournaments on the campus playing fields to creative workshops and excursions along the south coast. Levels from elementary (A1) to advanced (C1) are welcome. The campus setting provides round-the-clock pastoral care and a secure, self-contained environment, making this an excellent option for families who prefer residential accommodation over homestay. Available from late June to early August.
