LearnInEurope.com is operated by Dr. Gökhan Coskun (see Imprint for full details). We provide an information portal that helps users discover education and training programs across Europe.

2. Our Role — Information and Referral Only

LearnInEurope acts exclusively as an information aggregator and referral service. We do not sell, book, or provide courses ourselves. When you click "Visit provider" on a program page, you leave our website and interact directly with the education provider.

Any contract for a course or program is concluded exclusively between you and the respective provider. LearnInEurope is not a party to such contracts and assumes no liability for the provider's services, content, pricing, cancellation policies, or data processing.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to keep program information accurate and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee the completeness or correctness of third-party data displayed on our platform. Prices, dates, availability, and program details may change without notice. Please verify all information directly with the provider before making any decisions.

4. User Accounts

Registration is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by LearnInEurope (design, texts, logos) is protected by copyright. Program descriptions and provider information are sourced from or attributed to the respective providers and remain their intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LearnInEurope's liability is limited to damages caused by intent or gross negligence. We accept no liability for the content, services, or conduct of third-party education providers linked on our platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent legally permissible.
